Årsredovisning - Underskrifter

I am new in VISMA and trying to create and send the Årsredovisning. I get an error regarding signing. It asks me to put a name for the auditor. I do not have any employees in my company and my total asset is less than 30K. 

What should I write in the place of the auditor's name?

A second warning comes "Raden 'Belopp vid årets utgång' i kolumnen 'Aktie­kapital' (0) stämmer inte med raden i balansräkningen (26 000)." Do I need to write somewhere initial capital? I have assigned all the money I have added to the bank account as Aktie­kapital.

Thank you for your question. 

We've seen a few customers accidentally put in the wrong date on the auditor's sign-off. Now, we're not exactly sure what error message pops up for you, but if you've slipped in a date, you'll probably see a message "Information on the signing of the auditor's report is missing." To fix this, just head over to Upprätta årsredovisning - Underskrifter - Revisorspåteckning and wipe out that date. Once you do that, the error message should go away and hopefully this was the issue for you. 

Regarding your second question, it is difficult to answer exactly what might be wrong. But if it is the first year and a share capital deposit has been recorded during the year, then you need to go to maintenance and fill in the "datum för grundande" . A box will appear under the column for Aktiekapital för förändringar i eget kapital for you to fill in.
