Finding unreconciled bank transactions

I have a currency account that I need to value. However, when I try to do it, I get an error saying:

 

"There are bank transactions older than the specified date which have not been reconciled. You should reconcile them to get an accurate valuation."

 

However, there are no unreconciled transactions in the cash and bank section, all bank accounts are fully up to date. How do I find what's causing this error, or is something corrupted?

For reference, this is a bug in eEkonomi. The dialogue is shown if there are any transactions left to reconcile, even if they fall after the date that you are trying to value to.

Hope everything is well! 

This is not a general error. In your case there is a few unreconciled transactions. Try and change date and look one more time. You should be able to see them. 
If you still experience this problem, I would like you to contact our support for further help. If so, we need to have a deeper look into why they are not showing to you - since I can see that there are some. 🙂

Thanks @Ebba Arvén, I have looked through 'Cash and Bank' all the way back to when I started using Visma in Jan-2020 and there are no unreconciled entries showing other than for the last few days, which should not impact the past right? I guess my question was more, is there somewhere else I should be looking?

@stebunting It sounds like you have checked the right places. It's important you choose the correct account and date range. You mentioned in your first message that you have checked all your accounts so should be fine though. I can see that you have two customer numbers with eAccounting. In one if them the transactions on your GBP account seems to be from June.

But as you said, you have looked though it all so it sounds more like a display error. Our support are more than happy to help you daytime on weekdays. For exact times, click on the link "support" mentioned earlier in this conversation. I apologize in advance if it is a display error!
